After negotiating the confusion that is CDG airport, and injuring 3 French people in suitcase-related incidents, we have now arrived safe and sound in Paris.

Found the CNAM and registered with the conference, then we met up with some of the other attendees for compulsory quaffing of ales. French beer prices still verge on the rediculous - £5 a pint anyone?
